Roy R. Hemphill was born in Chester, South Carolina on September 20, 1965. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1990. Mr. Hemphill received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel in 1987. He then attended the University of South Carolina and earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1990. He has been a member of the South Carolina Occupational Health and Safety Review Board since 1991. Mr. Hemphill is also a member of the Greenwood County Bar and the American Bar Associations, as well as the South Carolina Bar and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association. His main areas of practice are Litigation, Insurance Practice, Professional Malpractice Law, Worker's Compensation Law and Foreclosure.
